HUB Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Lead the inventory and planning activities for the Industrial Automation Division's (IA) Measurement & Analytics Business Unit (MA) HUB Americas. Develop and deploy Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Inventory Management best practices and solutions for the entire value chain of the local unit in line with the Global Business Unit strategy. Build a world-class organization that creates competitive advantage. Be accountable for end of pipe metrics: customer on time delivery, lead-time, inventory and forecast accuracy. Own and run the S&OP or IBP process. Tasks: S&OP / IBP: Leads the monthly tactical Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for IAMA HUB Americas in order to align product, demand and operations plans. Collaborate with other units for the synchronization of the end-to-end supply chain. Operations Planning and scheduling: Runs a monthly/weekly operations planning process covering all critical resources (e.g. engineering, manufacturing, testing, materials) and ensures synchronization with short-term production scheduling. Contribute to resource optimization and schedule stability. Inventory management: Establishes and maintains an inventory management processes for raw materials and finished goods in line with Group/Division/Business Unit instructions. Owns the Inventory Checkbook (ICBK) for the organization. Fulfillment and S&OE: Establish and govern a short-term weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process, connecting planning with execution. Coordinate an appropriate response to unplanned events. Support the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with project management, engineering, manufacturing and procurement. Continuous improvement: Leads/contributes to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory and forecast accuracy. Uses lean 6 sigma tools whenever applicable. Collaborate with other units in the end-to-end supply chain Technology: Provides local leadership for the development of best practices in planning systems and ERPs. People leadership and development: Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors' degree and 12 years' experience in inventory management or supply chain management or manufacturing or supply chain planning and execution or demand management A Master's Degree in required field = Credit given for 2 years of work experience. A PhD/Doctorate in required field = Credit given for 3 years of work experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors' degree in engineering, business or related field Understand ERP/MRP systems; particularly SAP Lean Six Sigma certification preferred Ability to work in and manage global, matrix organization Understand ERP/MRP systems; particularly SAP Lean Six Sigma certification Ability to work in and manage global, matrix organization Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Publication ID:US65412285_E1

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
