Sales Manager

Maintain complete working knowledge of market trends impacting or likely to impact sales potential. Maintain working knowledge of the portfolio of products. Identify and spread Master Distributor best practices throughout the assigned territory. Ensure that all Master Distributors are effectively serving their full geography and all market sectors equally well. Recognize underperforming channel partners and drive improvement plans with these Master Distributors. Make targeted field visits to promote sales with key accounts and prospects. Maintain a professional image at all times. Duties: The N. America Sales Manager is an outside sales position requiring travel up to 75% of the time including nights and occasional week ends.  The duties of the NASM include but are not limited to the following: Establish annual sales growth targets for Master Distributors and direct accounts in cooperation with the Director of Sales. Keep Master Distributor Scorecards up to date and report progress monthly or additionally as may be requested by the Director of Sales. Establish and track SMART goals for every assigned Master Distributor. When necessary, find replacement distributors and facilitate onboarding of new channel partners. Participate in the planning and execution of trade show strategies, marketing programs, personnel training and sales presentations. Keep Outlook calendar up to date (out 30 days).  This may transition to CRM at some point in the future. Complete required corporate assignments in a complete and timely manner. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Distributor Management or Engineering.  Technical aptitude is highly desirable. Three years of experience in sales channel management or as a distributor sales person. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate with complete understanding of WORD, EXCEL, internet and the ability to quickly adapt to custom programs. Self-starter with exceptional motivation to drive sales growth. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
