Project Manager & Sales Channel Coordinator
Everase Corporation is an established manufacturing company located in Warminster, PA (Bucks County) serving a niche market in whiteboard applications with growing product lines in the education, corporate/business, healthcare, and hospitality industries. This is an exciting position for a recent college grad that is looking to kick start their career. The purpose of this position is to facilitate the sales expansion needs of our company as it is vital to our growth. We are looking for an entry level Sales and Project Management Specialist to work directly with our company leadership to assist in various sales/marketing and business functions.
JOB
Responsibilities:
Identifiy and provide recommendations for improving additional product channels
Conduct and manage documentation of efforts of progress to leadership
Analyze activities spent on each channel, problem reporting/resolution, recognizing project lessons learned and coordinate data collection for reporting efforts to management.
Comfortably interact with key personnel across all levels of company.
Manage quality improvement initiatives by documenting processes, analyzing trends and patterns as well as coordinating data collection for reporting efforts to leadership.
Identify and provide recommendations for project improvements, including cost effectiveness, functionality, and implementations to enhance business model
Facilitate and conduct presentations.
Develop requirements for pilot product launch within aggressive timeframe.
Problem solving sales related issues
Participate in new marketing, advertising and business development strategies
Understanding of web analytics and online reporting tools
Update and maintain internal sales/marketing related reports, spreadsheets and timelines
Interfacing with other employees to satisfy company goals and initiatives
Report progress on a regular basis to Management
Additional marketing/sales related duties will be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
Recent college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business related field preferred
Work history demonstrating experience in business, marketing or advertising
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and internet research) Computer skills will be tested during the interview process.
Must be extremely detail oriented and accurate with work
An ability to work with a variety of people, a quick ability to adapt/learn, problem solver, handles multiple tasks effectively and be a self-motivated go-getter
The position is full time(Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm). We offer medical benefits, company paid life insurance, Simple IRA plan, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
Must reside within a 30-45 minute driving distance to Warminster, PA.
