Description

We are currently seeking a Medical Review Officer on a full time basis at our Warminster, PA headquarters. Responsibilities

Receives and reviews laboratory drug test results and assesses medical explanations for certain test results.
Contacts donors who have non-negative drug test results and communicates with the donor to determine if a prescription medication has caused the results.
Follows up with the donor to obtain documentation. After documentation has been reviewed, the MRO reports the results to the company.
Illustrates complete expertise in the DOT and alcohol testing program.
Develops materials for internal and external customers.


Required Skills

Must be highly motivated and have excellent written and communication skills.
Must have current knowledge of all regulatory and compliance standards.
Must have excellent follow up skills, be able to work independently, and have a professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.


Education and Certifications

Medical degree from accredited university.
Medical license.
MRO certification obtained through MROC or ACOEM.


All candidates are subject to a drug test and a background screening. EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
