This position is responsible for small maintenance requests, clean designated assigned common areas.

Tasks Plumbing (Clogged, Snack Toilets, etc.
) Electrical (Changing light bults, etc.
) Assisting Contractors on issue request Notify management of major maintenance issues Conducting fire alarm test, etc.
Helping with Tenant Issues/Request Patrolling parking lots/property for trash Restocking paper products Cleaning common areas/bathrooms (here are a few, but not limited) Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming floors Dusting Polishing furniture Cleaning glass Qualifications and requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Handyman/Maintenance Background Janitorial Experience Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, and to adjust actions in relation to others' actions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department - Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms or event spaces - Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Experience PLUS:
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and equipment is a plus - Proficiency in using hand tools for basic repairs or maintenance tasks is advantageous Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff members - Basic electrical knowledge, including understanding of logic controllers, is an asset - Ability to fabricate or weld is a plus - Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing cleaning tasks or teams Job Type:
