We are pioneering innovative next-generation treatment devices for personal health monitoring.
We are hiring a Production Team Supervisor.
In this role, you will lead the manufacturing team through coordinating daily/weekly activities and monitoring progress.
You will also ensure that work is completed in compliance with all site procedures related to safety, manufacturing, and quality.

This is a full-time, on-site position.
Essential Functions Communicate tasks and expectations to the manufacturing team to meet production requirements Ensure compliance with site procedures, work instructions, and Medical Device Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Ensure that manufacturing is completed according to all applicable safety procedures and practices Perform routine inspections to verify that product is being assembled according to specifications Conduct line clearances Inspect production documents for completeness and accuracy Maintain production data and inventory Sets and maintains the production schedule for SAC Manual Production Process Monitor inventory of supplies and tooling - initiate new orders as necessary Works with Quality Engineering to capture and present in-process and final product quality data.
Initiate and implement manufacturing improvement projects Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a GMP environment Minimum 3 year in supervisory role Chemical handling experience required Disposable medical device experience preferred Experience assembling multicomponent products requiring high attention to detail (medical device, electronics, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
Experience leading operational process improvement projects with minimal supervision.
Experience maintaining production schedule status and communicating changes to the manufacturing team.
Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Demonstrate strong planning, communication, and organizational skills Must be a people person and team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks for the manufacturing team Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP system preferred.
Physical Demands Able to sit and/or stand for an extended period while working Must have excellent fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination Able to lift 50 lbs.
Expected Hours of Work Scheduled hours as assigned Monday through Friday, for the first shift.
Some Saturdays may be required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
