Sauers Snow & Ice Management is hiring Seasonal Snow Managers!Our Seasonal Snow Managers patrol a route of sites during winter weather events, communicate with crews, and ensure quality work is performed.
Seasonal Snow Managers must have a flexible schedule that potentially includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
The ideal candidate should be a team player, reliable, honest, self-starter, be able to use a smart phone and its apps and have good communication skills (both written and verbal).
As a Seasonal Snow Manager, you will gain industry knowledge through weekly paid training that you will use during every winter weather event.
We offer a competitive hourly wage that is paid out every Friday.
Potential for additional performance-based bonus.

Hourly Rate $27 - $45 per hour based on experience and vehicle usage.
Requirements Flexible Schedule.
Own a smart phone.
Managerial Experience preferred.
Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology and comfortable communicating through email, text and other messaging systems.
Hold current driver's license, accompanied by clean driving record.
Ability to potentially work long shifts weather dependent.
Must pass drug screening and background check.
Recommended Skills Communication Self Motivation Team Working Telephone Call Reception Management Trustworthy Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
