is looking to expand our Customer Service Team with an upbeat, ambitious, motivated individual that possesses a positive, can-do attitude and prides themselves on their work! GCI produces custom pressure sensitive labels for the medical, food, consumer products, cleaning and chemical industries, as well as other products requiring intelligent label design.

Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to customer inquiries Process and acknowledge customer orders with 100% accuracy in a timely manner.
Creates custom products in ERP system.
Consistently follows up on orders and tasks to ensure desired ship dates are met.
Coordinates artwork and orders with the Art Department when applicable.
Communicates with Inventory Management to ensure materials needed are available.
Contact vendors for lead times.
Processes print vendor orders as needed.
Enters and tracks quality incidences.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and math skills.
Understands task prioritization.
Has the ability to identify and escalate priorities.
Ability to manage multiple orders and multiple customers efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.
Works well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Maintains a well-organized workspace.
Willing and able to learn new functions for the betterment of the organization.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Print industry experience a PLUS! ISO 9001 knowledge a PLUS! Hourly rate based on experience level.
