Bohle, we are looking for an experienced Lead Service Technician who will support the Parts & Services Manager and build up the in-house refurbishment program for the company.
The candidate must have a good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
This is a great opportunity for a Field Service Technician looking to transition into a role with very little traveling (after the initial on-boarding phase).

Job Description The Technical Services Specialist supports the Parts & Services Manager by creating spare parts quotes for new and used equipment, creating quotes based on the diagnosis of faulty equipment, and updating inventory software to stay up to date.
In addition, this role will be responsible to help build the buy-back and refurbishment program for older machines in order to outfit them for re-sale.
Secondary responsibilities include assisting with the shipping and receiving of spare parts and support service technicians at customer sites as needed.
Experience:
Mechanical and electrical trouble shooting experience.
Ability to understand mechanical, IEC electrical diagrams, and PID diagrams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and possesses general computer skills (windows) Quickbooks experience is a plus (Inventory management) Experienced using on-site heavy equipment, specifically forklift and scissor lift.
