The Resident Assistant makes a positive contribution to the lives of our residents in Personal Care/Memory Care Department by providing them with routine daily care in accordance with the established policies and procedure of the community under the direct supervision of the Personal Care Nurse Manager, the Charge Nurse on duty, or designated lead staff.
The Resident Assistant promotes hospitality and delivers a high level of customer service at all times in keeping with Christ's Home Mission and Core Values.
Required Attributes:
Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma or its equivalent.
The ability to read and write at a high school level is required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in working in Senior care desired.
Ability to perform the duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Hourly Rates Available Based on Experience - $12.
50-17.
50 per hour based on experience For a Limited Time - Sign on Bonus up to $1,000 available - Restrictions Apply
