Job Description The Global Research Department conducts an interesting variety of international background checks on behalf of our clients' applicants in over 245 countries throughout the world.
These checks include but are not limited to employment, education, criminal record, credit, professional licensing, and directorship checks.
It is an exciting position which affords the opportunity to interact and gain knowledge about the world around us.
We are seeking a Global AS representative who will communicate with candidates and collect required information and documentation needed for their background check.
It is preferred but not compulsory that applicants fluently speak and read/translate for business purposes in a language besides English.
However, those without language capabilities will be considered as well.
This is a full time, Monday-Friday position.
Multiple different shifts are available.
Shift preferences can be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Work with applicants to gather information and documentation for international services.
Works with consumers wishing to request and/or dispute information.
Inbound and outbound calling Information is gathered via phone, mail, or email, and involves communicating with research teams.
The information received with be for the following services but not limited to:
International Education verifications International Employment verifications International References International Court and/or police records/police clearances International Credit checks International Motor vehicle records Required Skills:
Required Skills Fluency in other Language is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects Excellent prioritization, research and time management skills with the ability to work independently Ability to maintain confidential and time sensitive information Schedule flexibility to accommodate the needs of international vendors and clients Education:
Education The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
