The candidate will perform Customer Service responsibilities which include but are not limited to:
Manage incoming telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues Assist and support walk in customers Clerical duties which include:
typing, filing and copying Work with all departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs Daily posting of delivery, service and installation work Coding invoices/statements for processing
Qualifications:
High School diploma required (Bachelor's Degree preferred) Experience working in an office environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Extremely energetic, capable and reliable We offer a competitive pay scale and an excellent benefits plan that includes:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
